Screen Time

ScreenPool uses Apple’s Screen Time (Family Controls) only to help you manage your own phone use. It never sees which apps you picked or what you do in them. With your agreement, it counts how many minutes you spend on the apps you chose and shares that number with the group you joined, so you can share a pool of time. You can stop sharing any time in Profile. Locking your apps when the pool runs dry, or for a freeze challenge you accept, is your own choice; friends can never lock your phone without you agreeing. Screen Time data is never used for advertising and never sold or shared with anyone else.

What we collect

Ads

If you choose to watch an ad for coins, Google AdMob shows it and may use your device’s advertising identifier as described in Google’s privacy policy.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. Your group members see your name, emoji, minutes, coins, crowns and activity. We use Apple (sign-in, notifications), Google (sign-in), Vercel and Neon (hosting) to run the service.

Deleting your data

Delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). It removes everything about you right away.

Contact

Use Profile → Send Feedback or Report a Problem in the app, or the contact form.
